What does Crafter create?+
Crafter creates web pages, emails, social pieces, posters, résumés, campaigns, and presentations. Describe the first draft, then select an area to request a change. You can replace text directly.
How do Craft and Forge credits work?+
Create uses Craft capacity for everyday generations. Paid plans include unlimited Craft for normal creative work; reasonable-use safeguards protect against automated or abusive traffic. Premium generations use Forge credits, and the Create screen shows the cost and your available balance before you run one.
What happens when credits run out?+
Your saved projects and direct text replacement remain available. Wait for the monthly refresh, change your plan, or add a credit pack when available.
How do I export a project?+
Open the project, switch the workspace to Export, and choose an available format. Free includes HTML and marked PNG; paid plans expand the export set.
Can I restore an earlier version?+
Plus keeps 30 days of revision history. Pro and Enterprise keep unlimited history. Open revision history beside the canvas to restore a saved version.
Does Crafter support teams and SSO?+
Team collaboration, SSO, audit logs, and white labeling are Enterprise capabilities. Contact support to discuss your requirements.
How do I change or cancel a plan?+
Open Account, then Plan or Billing. A cancellation remains active through the end of the current paid period.
