The working agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crafter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Crafter provides an AI-first, selection-based design builder for creating emails, resumes, posters, landing pages, presentations, and other web content. Services include:

• Natural-language creation and selection-based editing
• Direct text replacement inside the design
• Template library for various content types
• Project management and version history
• Export to HTML, PDF, and image formats

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Crafter's features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Credits and Usage

Crafter uses a credit-based system for AI generation:

• Craft Credits: Used for standard AI generation tasks
• Forge Credits: Used for advanced AI generation tasks
• Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan
• Eligible Pro and Enterprise accounts can purchase additional credit packs
• Unused credits reset at the end of each billing cycle

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscription plans provide additional credits, features, and support. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or contact us.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you create using Crafter. We claim no rights to your created content. AI-generated content is yours to use freely, including for commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Crafter's platform, tools, templates, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use templates and generated content for your projects but may not resell or redistribute Crafter's template library as-is.

8. Accepted Use

You agree not to:

• Use Crafter for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

9. Service Availability

Crafter strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and occasional downtime may occur. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

10. Warranties and Liability

Crafter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that AI-generated content will meet your specific needs. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
